The philosophy of education varies with changes in social and cultural life of the community. What hold good today may not serve the needs on tomorrow. The concept and purpose of education is constantly changing. The teacher must remember that he has to prepare students studing in schools today to live in a world of tommorow which is going to be very different in view of the rapid advances in Science and Technology.

The classroom is a Laboratory where the teacher is called upon to teach "THINKING".

Thinking, learning and knowledge growth are synonymous.

The teacher alone enjoys the privilege of being called an education. He is the trustee of the education of the youth. He is the hub of the educational process. The teachers or an educator has an identity of his own and he has to live that identity.
